The teenage years are when we start developing into adulthood. These years are so formative, that they shape our lives as adults in all areas, including health. Usually, health is not one of the main priorities for teenagers since we feel young, healthy, and full of life. However, staying healthy is of paramount importance in these years to be able to thrive during adolescence and stay healthy throughout adulthood. Some of the main factors that determine our health are good nutrition, staying physically active, mantaining proper sleep hygiene, among others. 

As a teenager myself, I have realized that keeping healthy habits can be challenging and are often overlooked. In this site, you will find what are the main factors that impact our health and how to approach them in our daily lives.
